Meet the dedicated team of professionals who implement LCD's programme in Ghana:
Dr Kennedy Quaigrain is the Programme Director . He has been with LCD Ghana since April 2002 serving first as a Project Manager for 2 years. Kennedy holds a doctorate degree in Learning and Assessment from the School of Education, University of Nottingham.
Mr Samuel Ofori Boakye is the Project Manager for the Ashanti Region in Ghana (since May 2006). Samuel has been with LCD Samuel is about to complete his Master’s degree in Democracy, Governance, Law and Development at the Centre for Development Studies, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
Mr Ezekiel Hamidu is the Project Manager for the Upper East Region of Ghana (since Aug 2006). In March 2005 to July 2006 he was Area Coordinator for USAID Education Quality for All EQUALL. He Is currently completing MSc in Law and Governance.
Ms Freda Saah Boateng is the Project Officer for the Ashanti Region. She has been with LCD since March 2006. Freda was the Planning Officer in GES District Office (BAK), Ashanti Region, Ghana prior to her joining LCD. She holds a BSc degree in Planning.
Mr. Bashurudeen Yakubu Hillia is a Project Officer and also LCD Ghana SPR Coordinator. He is based in the LCD Bolga office. Prior to his employment with LCD Ghana in Feb 2007, Bashuru served as the Manager of Bolga Municipal Education Management Information System (EMIS). He holds a degree in Statistics.
Ms Dinah Ameyaa is the Project Administrator for the Accra office. Dinah joined LCD in October 2006 as a National Service Personnel and was retained after her year’s internship with LCD. Dinah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana.
Josephine Adongo is the Office Administrator for the Ashanti Region. She joined LCD in March 2002. Josephine holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting. Josephine also holds NVTI, NACVET and Government Certificate – Royal Secretarial.
Lamisi Emelia Adongo is the Office Administrator for the Upper East Region of Ghana. She joined LCD in March 2000. Lamisi holds Diploma in Business Studies in Secretarial Studies, a certificate in Advanced Computing and Diploma in Typewriting.
Osman Bala Musa is a Project Assistant/driver in the Bolga office . He joined LCD in
October 2006. Bala has worked in different capacities as a driver and a Project Assistant
for the past 10 years with various organisations. He holds a Middle School Leaving Certificate and a Certificate in Computer software.
William W K Assan is a Project Driver/mechanic and is based in the Accra office. William joined LCD in October 2007. William has worked in various capacities as a driver/mechanic for the past 16 years. He holds a Middle School leaving Certificate and NVTI certificates in auto mechanic.
