Malawi Leaders of Learning is run by Glasgow City Council in partnership with South West Division, Malawi to improve the quality of teaching and learning in Malawi and Scotland. 

Link's programmes in Malawi operate in Dedza and Mulanje districts, which are not in South West Division. Link Scotland supports this programme by training the teachers from Glasgow who have been selected to become ‘Malawi Leaders of Learning’ and undertake 5-week placements in schools in Malawi this summer.

Through this experience the Scottish participants will enhance their own abilities and gain a wider perspective of the world, preparing them to deliver better global citizenship education in Glasgow schools.
